Online Background Check

When you are hiring someone for a job or to take care of house or kids you need to do a Online Background Check. You do not want your kids to be take care of by a child molester or someone with a bad history, right? Recently in Germany there were an incident where the nanny who were supposed to take care of three children overnight while parents where away on business trip killed them, chopped them up and ate them for dinner. A background check on the nanny would have showed that she had a long history of going in and out of psychic institutions and a long violent history.
